To mark the announcement, the makers unveiled a gripping new poster featuring Suhas, hinting at the intense narrative that awaits viewers. Prasanna Vadhanam also stars Payal Radhakrishna, Rashi Singh Nandu, Harsha Chemudu, Nitin Prasanna, Sai Swetha, and Kushalini in pivotal roles. Produced by Manikanta J S and Prasad Reddy T R under the banner of Little Thoughts Cinemas, the film marks the directorial debut of Arjun Y K, previously known for his work as an associate director on films like Arya 2 (2009) and 100% Love (2011).

The music for Prasanna Vadhanam is composed by Vijay Bulganin, with cinematography by S. Chandrasekaran and editing by Karthika Srinivas R.
