Stars smitten by time travel sensations

Tollywood filmmakers often follow a trend and now it seems stars are smitten with time travel sensations. Almost all Tollywood stars are lining up time travel projects. Prabhas is starring in Project K, a sci fi thriller under the direction of Nag Ashwin. Inside talk is the plot revolves around the time travel concept. The film which has a star-studded cast like Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan not only has socio fantasy elements but also a time machine involved in it. The project is racing for a grand release next year.

Sharwanand is starring in Oke Oka Jeevitham under the direction of Shree Karthik. The Telugu Tamil bilingual involves time travel and sources say Sharwanand along with his friends will go back to his childhood days. Kalyan Ram's period entertainer Bimbisara has the tagline ' a time travel from evil to good' and is directed by Vasisht. Kalyan Ram is playing a dual role as a genex youngster and the barbarian king Bimbisara.

Surya starred in a time travel film 24 under Vikram Kumar's direction. Vikram Kumar already revealed that there will be a sequel to the project. Balakrishna already announced that his son Mokshagna will be making his silver screen debut with Aditya 999, a sequel for his hit film Aditya 369 which revolves around time travel.

Now sources reveal that Naga Chaitanya is teaming with Rahul Sankartiyan who impressed with films like Taxiwala and Shyam Singha Roy. The film is touted to be a time travel entertainer and will be bankrolled on Mythri Movie Makers. One can expect more time travel treats from Tollywood stars in the coming days.
