Samantha takes on youtube channels: files defamation case

Following the divorce of Naga Chaitanya and Samantha, many channels speculated on why the celebrity couple parted ways and what led to the differences which resulted in the divorce. However few youtube channels and analysts crossed the line and indulged in tarnishing the image of Samantha.

Samantha who remained silent for quite some time then came down on her trolls putting her version forcibly. Now Samantha took legal action and filed a defamation case against three youtube channels and an analyst. Samantha filed a defamation case against them approaching Kukatpally Court, Hyderabad.

In her complaint, she alleged that these channels crossed all the dignity and tarnished her image by spreading false rumors. Advocate Balaji filed the case on behalf of Samantha and put her points forward. The three youtube channels include Suman TV, Telugu Popular TV, Top Telugu TV. Apart from it a case has been filed against Dr. CL Venkat Rao. All of them spread rumors that Samantha underwent multiple abortions.
