Anti-Nepotism Effect On Vijay Deverakonda?

Currently, Vijay Deverakonda is busy with his upcoming entertainer Fighter. The film directed by Puri Jagannadh happens to be a bilingual entertainer in Hindi and Telugu and it marks the debut of Vijay Deverakonda in Bollywood. Vijay Deverakonda is romancing Bollywood beauty Ananya Pandey, daughter of Chunky Pandey in the film.

Expectations are high and the film co-produced by Puri Jagannath's Puri Connects and Karan Johar's Dharma Productions. However, the suicide of Sushant Singh Rajput is changing all equations.

Movie lovers across the country are expressing their anger on nepotism and star kids and already many are accusing Karan Johar of being responsible for forcing Sushant to take the extreme step. This resulted in his film Sadak 2 getting a record number of dislikes. Even his film Jahnvi Kapoor's Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl is facing a huge negative campaign.

Industry sources say that the effect will be strong even on Vijay Deverakonda's Fighter. Under these circumstances, it has to be seen what precautions Puri and Vijay will take and whether Rowdy Star can ride over anti-nepotism effect.
