Kajal Hikes Pay, Chiru Says Okay

After Trisha Krishnan stepped out of megastar Chiranjeevi’s Acharya, makers of the film approached Kajal Agarwal who previously starred opposite him in his comeback film Khaidi No 150. The actress who doesn’t have any big film in her kitty gave her nod to star in the film, but demanded a huge pay of Rs 2 Crores.

Since, makers have no other choice, they simply agreed to pay her 2 Cr remuneration for the film. Of late, Kajal is getting close to 1 Cr per a film. But, she demanded double the usual pay. She will join the shoot in next schedule which is expected to begin in next month.

It is known that, Acharya makers cancelled the shoot because of Coronavirus outbreak. They are expected to resume shoot from first week in April, if things come to normalcy. Mega Power Star Ram Charan who is producing the film will play an extended cameo in the film that will feature a heroine opposite him.
