Rajamouli To Do That Film With Mahesh

Ace director SS Rajamouli revealed the secrets of RRR, his multi starrer with Ram Charan and NTR and left all with his idea of showing them in a fiction story and casting them as the two powerful freedom fighters Alluri Seetha Rama Raju of Andhra Pradesh and Komaram Bheem of Telangana.

Many got bowled with his idea and when quizzed Rajamouli revealed that he drew inspiration from 'Motor Cycle Diaries' in which the director narrates the story of a person named Shay in the end shows that the role was that of freedom fighter Che Gu Vera. He said he found that idea interesting and felt how it would be if we narrate the story of a tribal person and then in the end portray him to be freedom fighter Alluri Seetha Rama Raju. 

Rajamouli said he felt the same when he studied about Komaram Bheem and then decided to mix the two stories. He said he will show only unknown things about Komaram Bheem and Alluri Seetha Rama Raju.

When asked whether he would have felt Mahesh Babu been suitable for the role of Alluri Seetha Rama Raju for his handsome looks and personality, he surprised all saying  “At a recent event, his fans clearly stated that they wanted to see him in a James Bond kind of film, not as Seetharama Raju!”
