Vijay Devarakonda is undoubtedly the most courageous and boldest person among Tollywood stars. The kind of films he is doing and the kind of statements he passes demonstrate his real character. This young man is the library of experiments which is why young and upcoming filmmakers are penning different genre scripts for him. He indeed is inviting filmmakers coming up with contemporary or innovative subjects with open hands.
The next time you will see Vijay Devarakonda on screen will be in Dear Comrade, a film that will show him in the role of a student leader. His Geetha Govindam actress Rashmika Mandanna has paired opposite him and she will be seen as a cricketer. ‘Fight For What You Love’ is the caption.
Today, makers of the film unveiled a poster announcing to release its teaser on March 17th in four south Indian languages- Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. In the poster, Rashmika can be seen hugging Vijay and we can also see the title in 4 languages. This perhaps is the first time a medium range hero film is dubbed and released in all south languages.
Apparently, the strategy behind releasing the teaser in four languages is to send a message that the film will have simultaneous release in all the languages in south and its business is open. Given that, Vijay popularity has been escalated with Arjun Reddy and Geetha Govindam, Dear Comrade will have big release in other south languages.
Directed by Bharat Kamma under Mythri Movie Makers, Dear Comrade is slated for release in last week of May.
