Mamata Mohandas and chilled beer!

We know exactly what Mamata Mohandas is? She started her career in Tollywood as a singer with ‘Rakhi’ in music direction of Devi Sri Prasad and has secured a Filmfare Award for the title song of the movie. Later she even sang many peppy numbers wooing the audience.

Along with her mesmerizing voice even her mesmerizing beauty started to attract the producers in Tollywood and soon she became a heroine. Mamata Mohandas might not have exactly set the screen on fire in the Tamil and Telugu film industries, but she has certainly been making the headlines for her wonderful voice now and then. Recently Mamata Mohandas has rendered her voice for a song in Tamil for Yuvan Shankar Raja and disappeared to Malayalam.

Later, it is gossiped in Malluwood circles that Mamata Mohandas has stayed away from recording for nearly two weeks and the reason is that she has a severe throat infection. Malluwood gossipmongers have attributed the cause of Mamata’s throat infection to drinking of too much chilled beer in Chennai partying with friends. Being a singer, Mamata Mohandas should check her interest towards beers as she may loose her career even in this department. But now, we hear that all is well and she has rendered her first song in her mother tongue Malayalam.
