Director Teja has reportedly made some derogatory comments on Prince Mahesh's decision of adopting villages. When he was quizzed by the journos whether the decisions of Mahesh and other actors adopting villages was triggered by the inspiring concept of 'Srimanthudu'.
However, Teja quipped whether these adoptions were due to the income tax issues being faced by a couple of actors. "This is something like 'Corporate Social Responsibility'. If Mahesh really wished to do such charity, he could have started it off after the release of his first biggest hit 'Okkadu'," Teja said.
However, Teja's controversial comments have not gone down well with the movie patrons. " If anyone comes forward to offer a helping hand for the society, he should be encouraged nor is he kept free from criticisms. Never should we discourage the charity acts of the people," say the movie lovers.
