Change of plans for Akhanda 2

Balakrishna's upcoming entertainer Akhanda Thaandavam referred to Akhanda 2 is progressing at super sonic speed. The film is carrying immense expectations among movie lovers as it is the sequel to the blockbuster film Akhanda and it is releasing in various languages actross the country. The film's Hindi version drove all crazy on OTT and social media.

Now all eyes are on when the film will release. The makers already announced that the film would release during Dasara on 25 September as Dasara special. However, reports are coming that the  makers are planning to release the film during Sankranti 2026.

Boyapati Srinu is planning high octane action sequences to elevate Balakrishna's heroism to another level. Balakrishna is playing the roles of Aghora and a man who fight for justice and the film stars Pragya Jaiswal and Samyukta as the female leads. The music for the film is tuned by Thaman.
