Spirit groundwork in full swing

All eyes are on Prabhas' upcoming entertainer Spirit. The film directed by Sandeep Vanga is the most awaited film as Prabhas has tremendous fan following among masses and Sandeep Vanga created sensations with Arjun Reddy, Kabir Singh and Animal.

Now it is coming out that the groundwork is in full swing. A source shares “With Vanga, you can expect a genre-breaking film, and he spent over 6 months developing the story into a screenplay. The casting has been going on in tandem, and with most of the things now falling into place, Sandeep Reddy Vanga is all set to take Spirit with Prabhas on floor from September/October 2025,”

The source added  “Sandeep Reddy Vanga has a specific vision for Spirit and has asked Prabhas to adopt a leaner look. The goal is for Prabhas to perform most of the stunts himself, which has the actor equally thrilled. He’s highly impressed with the script and is eager to immerse himself in the character’s world with Vanga, who has a very distinct working style,”

Currently the casting process is underway and Sandeep Vanga is scouting for locations in US and Korea. Plans are on to release the film in 2027 and Sandeep will then  concentrate on Animal Park, sequel to Animal.
