Sree Leela Moved On From Skanda Failure

Sree Leela is one of the prominent stars in Telugu cinema at the moment with an impressive lineup of six films in her kitty at present. Her most recent film was Ram Pothineni's "Skanda," which is struggling at the box office. Whatever the craze you have, a couple of disasters will bring you down and through out of the radar. That's the harsh reality heroine face in the film industry. 

Krithi Shetty is an example for that. She made blockbuster debut with Uppena and bagged multiple offers even before the release of her second film, Shyam Singha Roy. Upto three films, Bangarraju which is her third film became boxoffice hits making her lucky charm for films. As a result she signed several films and all of them bombed without a trace. Now, she is hardly getting any big offers.

The same is happening with Sree Leela too. Despite her hard work in the film, Skanda and the notable praise for her dance performances in its songs, the film's disappointing outcome has kept Sreeleela out of discussions regarding it. She has now shifted her focus to her upcoming project, "Bhagavanth Kesari," where she stars alongside Balakrishna in a significant role.

She is fully engaged in her other promising projects, including "Guntur Kaaram." The success of "Bhagavanth Kesari" is crucial to reestablishing Sreeleela's standing in the industry. Only time will reveal whether she can make a strong comeback with "Bhagavanth Kesari" or not. Directed by Anil Ravipudi, the film is set to hit the screens on October 19, 2023.
