Karthik Dandu grand plans for the Virupaksha franchise. Karthik Dandu presented Sai Dharam Taj a super hit in form of Virupaksha on his return to the screen after the accident. Virupaksha, a mystical thriller which starred Samyuktha as the female lead captured the imagination of all.

All eyes are on Virupaksha 2 ever since Karthik Dandu, a protege of Sukumar spoke about it along with Sai Tej. Karthik Dandu is planning to turn Virupaksha into a franchise and he has plans to scare people more with Virupaksha 2.

What is surprising all is, Karthik Dandu is planning to turn Sai Tej who is the hero in Virupaksha as the villain and cast a top star as the lead actor. Karthik is also planning Virupaksha 3 after Virupaksha 2.

Inside talk is he is drawing inspiration from Sailesh Kolanu's HIT franchise, HIT 1 and HIT 2. HIT 1 starred Vishwak Sen while HIT 2 starred Adivi Sesh. HIT 3 features Nani in the lead role. Karthik Dandu is keen to scare movie lovers more and this time Sukumar is also becoming part of the film production.
