Bedurulanka 2012 becomes a hit - Deets inside

'Bedurulanka 2012' is a declared box-office hit. The film made Rs 1.30 Cr on Monday, which was its 4th day. The performance at the ticket counters helped the Kartikeya-starring comedy entertainer to enter the profit zone.

The film had a good start when it opened in theatres on August 25. On Saturday and Sunday, the collections were more than what the previous days threw up. The Monday test was surpassed by the film 

The film, produced by Loukya Entertainments, is the 17th official hit in Telugu this year. It continues to be a force to reckon with at the box office on weekdays as well.

In a pre-release interview, the 'RX 100' actor said that the film will make people talk about its central message. "There are jokes in the film that will make you laugh, but it will also make you think. The film will be like a slow poison, with definite takeaways. I can’t speak for others but I am fairly certain people will appreciate the film’s novel take on entertainment," he said.
