Bjp Floor Leader Kishan Reddy on Friday appealed to Chief Minister K Rosaiah to take a delegation of all-party leaders to New Delhi to impress upon the Centre on `Free Zone' issue.
As sharp differences cropped up over the passing of resolution on ‘free zone’ issue in the Assembly, Kishan Reddy urged Chief Minister to take a delegation of all-party leaders to Centre to amend the Constitution on the issue.
Talking to reporters, he alleged ``the TDP and PRP leaders were not committed to their earlier stand of supporting the resolution on ‘free zone’ issue in the Assembly introduced by the Chief Minister.''
``The TDP and PRP leaders, who earlier agreed for unanimous passage of resolution on ‘free zone’ issue, changed their stand and opposed the resolution, which was a blow to the interests of Telangana region,'' he added.
Teh Bjp leader came down heavily on PRP chief K Chiranjeevi saying that he was making statements without understanding the resolution properly.
