The Ak Antony Committee constituted by the Congress to address the issues related to bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh will soon visit the State.
The assurance to send the Antony Committee to the State was given by AICC General Secretary Digvijaya Singh to PCC President Botsa Satyanarayana after the latter called on him here on Wednesday. Talking to reporters later, Botsa said that the Committee would visit the State soon. However, the schedule of visit is not fixed yet.
Botsa also defended Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy by stating that he only asked for review of CWC's decision and did not raise the banner of revolt. He also dismissed reports of some ministers forming a group against the Chief Minister.
