TDP leader blistering attack on Jagan.Telugu Desam State President Atchannaidu recently made strong statements regarding the political landscape in Andhra Pradesh. He expressed confidence in the alliance between TDP, Janasena, and BJP, stating that they would come to power. He criticized YCP and CM Jagan, referring to them metaphorically as "dogs," alleging collusion between them.
Atchannaidu addressed the media in Srikakulam, questioning Jagan about his father's alliance with TRS and the Communists (CPI, CPM) while in Congress. He emphasized that the TDP's alliances were driven by historical necessity rather than a quest for power, particularly to address issues affecting the state. He said Jagan is talking like a mad man and he is having no brain.
He asserted that Chandrababu's leadership was crucial in understanding and addressing the people's sentiments, positioning the TDP as a credible alternative to the current government. Atchannaidu also claimed that many candidates were eager to contest on TDP tickets, indicating a strong support base for the party.
Regarding Vijayasai Reddy's comments about YCP's candidates, Atchannaidu warned against using illicit means to boost the party's prospects, stating that such actions would not be tolerated. He criticized Jagan's remarks about welfare schemes, asserting that the TDP had a legacy of championing welfare initiatives and that Jagan had no moral authority to speak on the matter.
Atchannaidu highlighted Chandrababu's vision and ability to attract investments, contrasting it with Jagan's purported lack of leadership qualities. He pledged to introduce even better welfare schemes than the YCP if the TDP came to power, emphasizing the party's commitment to the welfare of the people.
