Anushka Away From 'Bahubali' Because

Top actress Anushka playing the role of Deva Sena is no where seen in the promotions of ‘Bahubali’ these days. With few more hours left for the movie to hit the screens in a massive way, there were many speculations earlier on why Anushka Shetty is left out from the main team’s interviews? In fact Prabhas, Rana, Tamanna and Rajamouli were in continuous touch with media.

Latest we heard is; the role of Deva Sena is just less than 10 minutes in this first part of ‘Bahubali - The Beginning.’ Story begins with introduction to Shivudu (Prabhas), who is actually the son of ‘Bahubali’ Prabhas and Deva Sena Anushka. When actual story of ‘Bahubali’ unveils in second part, there will be higher screen time for Anushka in the second part.

In order not to misguide audience on presence of Anushka as main heroine in the first part, Rajamouli cleverly made Deva Sena to remain out of focus. This is an ethical way of handling the promotions and Jakkanna should be appreciated. As informed earlier, 40 percentage of shooting of ‘Bahubali 2’ is done and remaining will be commenced from September.
