Ramlila Mahasangh warns Ramayana

Ramlila Mahasangh warns Ramayana. Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi and Yash's Ramayana directed by Namit Malhotra is becoming the cynosure of all eyes. The film's trailer got tremendous response from all quarters but Ramlila Mahasangh demanded premiers from the makers before the theatrical screening.

Shri Ramlila Mahasangh President Arjun Kumar wrote a formal letter to director Nitesh Tiwari and the production house. They released a letter which ran in the following way.

"We would like a show of the film to be arranged for Hindu organisations in Delhi, including the Ramlila committees." "If any concerns arise during the screening, we would request that the filmmakers consider making the necessary corrections."

"Recently, a film starring Prabhas was released the golden city of Lanka was depicted as black, leather was used inappropriately."

"The recently released trailer for the Ramayana adaptation appears underwhelming. Ranbir Kapoor's portrayal of Lord Ram seems weak and lacks the gravitas associated with the character."

"According to information received by the Mahasangh, Ramayana may also contain certain scenes that could hurt the sentiments of Hindus living in India and abroad. In light of this, the organisation has requested a special preview screening to ensure that any potentially objectionable scenes or dialogues are identified and removed prior to release."
