Trisha shares her thoughts on ageing. Trisha recently scored a hit with Suriya's Karuppu and is now starring in Chiranjeevi's socio fantasy entertainer Vishwambhara.

Now, Trisha shared her thoughts on ageing. Trisha shared a post about aging and self-growth featuring a clip of Oprah Winfrey discussing self-discovery. Oprah appeared on Keke Palmer's podcast, Baby, This Is Keke Palmer, where she reflected on the stage of life she would choose to revisit. When asked whether she would like to be 30 again, Oprah replied, "No, I don't want to be 30 again. I would take 44. I think life starts at 44."

Oprah shared “Because you come into yourself in a way that you are no longer trying to please everybody else. I do have some girls now I have mentored who are in their early 30s who have gotten into it sooner, but for me it was 44 when I locked in. I could see the rising for myself. I wasn't just doing this for other people. I wasn't just creating the work to be like... I really was in full drive, purposeful, living for myself.”
