Ranbir To Do Two Films Simultaneously

Ranbir Kapoor is gearing up for a busy schedule as he prepares to start shooting for Ramayana: Part Two in May, while currently working on Love & War. The actor will reportedly balance the two projects simultaneously, juggling his roles as Lord Ram in the mythological drama and his character in the Sanjay Leela Bhansali film. Detailed look tests were held at Film City to ensure a smooth transition as Kapoor returns to his role as Lord Ram.

The second part of Ramayana is expected to have a darker and more intense plot, and the outfits will reflect this tone. The team is preparing to shoot key sequences, including the Ashok Vatika scenes with Sai Pallavi as Sita. Two songs are also scheduled to be filmed during this stint, which will be completed before the monsoon arrives. If all goes according to plan, the second part will be wrapped up by October. 

Ranbir Kapoor has locked Diwali 2026 and Diwali 2027 for the release of Ramayana Part 1 and Ramayana Part 2, respectively. The production team is working hard to bring the epic tale to life on the big screen, with a focus on costumes, sets, and music. The film's director, Nitesh Tiwari, is known for his attention to detail, and the team is expected to deliver a high-quality production.
