Retro trailer review

Suriya's upcoming entertainer Retro directed by Karthik Subbaraj is generating immense interest among movie lovers. The film is racing for release on 1 May 2025 and already the film's censor has been completed. The film got U/A certificate with a runtime of 2 hours 48 minutes.

Today the makers delighted all the fans by relaesing the film's trailer. It is known that the film's trailer has been edited by Karthik Subbaraj's friend and star director Alphonse Puthren. The trailer offered action feast treat to all the fans of Suriya and also masses with Suriya thrilling them donning different looks.

As the film's tagling Love, War and Romance, the trailer highlighted all the elements in the true Retro style. Pooja Hegde also appeared in the trailer and she looked cute and pretty. The trailer also featured all the important cast in the film and the trailer increased anticipation among movie lovers.

However, one gets a feeling that so many characters may lead to chaos and confusion if not dealt properly with adept screenplay. The film stars Joju George, Karunakaran, Jayaram, Karunakaran, Nassar,Prakash Raj, Nandita Das ,Tarak Ponnappa in key roles.

Santosh Narayanan made an impact with his background score and so to the cinematography. The film is produced by Stone Bench Creations and 2D Entertainment.
