Emraan Hashmi's upcoming action thriller Ground Zero is all set to make history with its red-carpet premiere in Srinagar, Kashmir, after 38 years. The event will take place on April 18, just a week before the film's theatrical release on April 25. The film tells the true story of BSF Commandant Narendra Nath Dhar Dubey's operation against terrorist Ghazi Baba and is entirely shot in Kashmir.

The makers have opted for this unique premiere as a tribute to the Jawans and Army officers fighting for the country. The film's premiere is a milestone, marking the first red-carpet event in Srinagar in 38 years. Ground Zero reveals a significant chapter of Indian history, revolving around the mission against Ghazi Baba, who masterminded the Indian Parliament attack on December 13, 2001.
