Mohan Babu assaults a scribe-then gets admitted in hospital

Cops registered a case and against Mohan Babu under BNS Section 118 (1), stating that he assaulted Ranjith while he was on duty. Allegedly, Ranjith provoked the altercation by attempting to snatch Mohan Babu's microphone and phone. The FIR details that Ranjith faced verbal abuse and physical assault, including being struck with a steel pipe and a microphone with a metal logo.

Police after registering a case and asked Mohan Babu to appear at the Rachakonda Police Station. They have seized his licensed revolver as a precautionary measures. In the meantime, Mohan Babu said he and his wife Nirmala Devi was admitted in Continental Hospital and accused Manchu Manoj of robbing them their peace.
