Fighter banned in these countries. Disappointing news awaits fans of Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone residing in Gulf countries eagerly anticipating the release of their collaborative film, Fighter. Film business expert and producer, Girish Johar, shared the unfortunate update that Fighter has faced a release ban in all Gulf countries except the UAE.

The rationale behind this prohibition remains undisclosed as of now. Girish conveyed the setback on Twitter, stating, “In a setback, #Fighter officially banned across Middle East regions for theatrical release. Only UAE will release the film with PG15 classification!”

A reliable source within the Fighter team has also confirmed this development concerning the film's release, excluding the UAE, in Gulf countries. However, an official statement from the makers is still awaited.Despite the roadblock with the censor board in Gulf nations, the high-octane aerial action thriller is set to grace Indian theaters on January 25.

Directed by Siddharth Anand and featuring an ensemble cast including Anil Kapoor, Karan Singh Grover, and Akshay Oberoi, Fighter is produced by Viacom18 Studios in collaboration with Marflix Pictures. The film is poised as a tribute to the valor, sacrifice, and patriotism of the Indian armed forces.
