Rakul Preet Singh: Lucky Charm

Rakul Preet is a Punjabi girl made her debut in Kannada film became popular with Telugu films earned popularity in Tamil films and finally settled in Hindi film industry. She acted with almost all star heroes in a very short span of time. Rakul Preet started with small films but with scoring back-to-back Superhits she became a lucky mascot and casted her in numerous films in a very short period of time.

Rakul Preet Singh who started as a model debuted as an actor with Kannada film Gilli which is a remake of Tamil blockbuster 7G Brundavana Colony. Then she returned to modelling a earned four Femina titles. She then came back to acting with Keratam which went unnoticed and did a couple of Tamil films but didn't find success. Her Telugu film with Sundeep Kishan, Venkatadri Express became her first superhit at the box office. 

Rakul then made her debut in Bollywood with Yaariyan. But, her three films I'm the year 2014 has changed her course from being as an actress to star heroine. Three of her films, Loukyam, Current Theega and Pandaga Chesko became hits and a rain of offers came towards her. She signed Ravi Teja's Kick 2, Bruce Lee with Ram Charan, Nannaku Prematho with NTR, Sarrainodu with Allu Arjun. The later two films ended up Superhits earning her more offers. She starred in Ra Randoi Veduka Chuddam with Naga Chaitanya, Spyder with Mahesh Babu and Dhruva with Ram Charan.

From 2019, she faced a series of flops in South with Dev, NGK, Manmadhudu 2, Check, and Konda Polam. Meanwhile she scored decent hits in Bollywood with De De Pyaar De with Ajay Devgn and Runway 34 with Ajay Devgn and Amitabh Bachchan. She is currently doing Hindi films. She has two high profile south films, Ayalaan with Sivakarthikeyan and Indian 2 with Kamal Haasan and Shankar.
