YCP rebel MP from Narsapuram Raghu Ramakrishnam Raju has been arrested by AP CID police. The MP was arrested at his house in Hyderabad this afternoon. But before his arrest, the MP had heated arguments with the CID police that without notices he could not be detained.
As per the media reports, MP Raghu Ramakrishnam Raju was booked under sections IPC 124A (Criminal Conspiracy against state government), 153B, 505 and 120B. However, the personal security of RRR, CRPF refused to handover the MP to the CID police. Later the AP CID higher officials had talked to CRPF security and then the MP was detained by the CID police.
The AP CID police informed RRR’s wife Uma Devi that they are taking the MP into their custody based CRPC 50 oblige 2 section and arrangements are being made to shift MP Raghu Ramakrishnam Raju to Vijayawada.
This arrest has turned into a sensational development with MP Raghu Ramakrishnam Raju has been doing a stoic attack on the YCP government on its Covid-19 handling.
