It has been speculated for quite some time that Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna would sign for the Telugu remake of Malayalam action thriller Ayyappanum Koshiyum. The film has been made a multi-starrer featured by Prithviraj Sukumaran and Biju Menon.
Rana is likely to reprise the character played by Prithviraj while Balakrishna was expected to sport Biju Mohan's role in the film.
However, the latest we hear is that Balakrishna turned down the offer. Balakrishna is not interested in multi-starrers which could be the reason his rejecting the film.
Meanwhile, Balakrishna will be working Boyapati Srinu's project which is currently on pre production stages. Thaman will score tunes while Miryala Ravindar Reddy will be bankrolling the film.
