Although there are four films releasing during the Sankranthi, the major focus is on two films- one is superstar Mahesh Babu’s Sarileru Neekevvaru and the other is Stylish Star Allu Arjun’s Ala Vaikunthapurramloo.

While Ala Vaikunthapurramloo initially carried positive buzz with the mesmerizing tunes topping the charts, Sarileru Neekevvaru grabbed the attention ever since theatrical trailer was released and pre-release function became super hit.

Ahead of the film’s release, the team Sarileru Neekevvaru is opting to vigorous promotions. Mahesh Babu like never before is taking part in all the promotional activities. He is seen very confident of the film becoming biggest hit in his career. He feels it s a new beginning for him.

On the other hand, Bunny and team who showed lots of enthusiasm before the musical concert were lagging way behind in promoting the film which is due for release in couple of days.

Bunny seems to be optimistic of his film turning out to be a Sankranthi winner as Trivikram Srinivas is known for making pure family entertainers. Apparently, he strategically is maintaining silence as to lower the high expectations.

Sometimes, high expectations kill the film chances at box office. But, the negative side of this tactic is it will affect the openings of the film.
