NTR Makes Fun Of His Own Film

In Rajamouli’s multi-starrer RRR, Young Tiger NTR is playing the role of tribal leader Komaram Bheem who fought against the Asaf Jahi Dynasty for the liberation of Hyderabad. Komaram Bheem openly fought against the ruling Nizam government in a guerrilla campaign. But, the film will not show these episodes.

A funny incident happened during Rrr Press Meet. When a scribe puzzled NTR of doing fantasy films only with Rajamouli, he gave a funny reply. He was asked, “After a long gap after doing Yama Donga, you are once again doing a fantasy film RRR with Rajamouli,” NTR interrupted saying, “Bhale vaarandi Shakthi marchipoyara. Meeru Marchipotharemo Gaani Nenu Marchiponu. (How did you forget Shakti? You may forget it, but I don’t).” This statement left everyone in the laughter. As is known, Shakti directed by Meher Ramesh ended as an epic disaster.

Alia Bhatt is paired opposite Ram Charan who plays the role of Alluri Seetharamaraju, wherein a foreign lady Daisey is roped in for NTR aka Komaram Bheem. Ajay Devgn and Samuthirakhani are other prominent cast in RRR slated for release on July 30th next year.
