Is YSRCP's chief Ys Jagan Mohan Reddy having no guns to battle for upcoming general polls? According to many political analysts the answer is 'yes'. Through his padayatras, YS Jagan seemed to have gained the sympathy among people.
But then, Janasena chief Power Star Pawan Kalyan'a sacrifice has dominated YS Jagan's sympathetic padayatra. Financially, YS Jagan lost nothing through his padayatras. Instead, his oppositions are blaming that he had earned one lakh crores through corruption.
On the other side, YS Jagan has been promoting his 'Navaratnalu' scheme as part of his election manifesto. But then, the ruling TDP copied many of those points and started implementing the same in the wake of election fear engulfed them.
Right now, YS Jagan appeared to have lost his guns with TDP copied and implementing his schemes and Pawan Kalyan's honesty and sacrifice gained the momentum among the public. Especially, unprecedented turnout in Kurnool for Pawan Kalyan's tour throws the suspicions if YS Jagan lost his grounds in Rayalaseema as well. As we know, YSRCP won just 24 seats out of 101 assembly constituencies in 2014's elections for coastal region. Since, Janasena has been in the poll race, YSRCP is expected to get confined with single digit seats in coastal region. At this juncture, Rayalaseema should turnout the saving grace for him. If not, even the Rayalaseema may also be captured by Janasena.
On a whole, YSRCP appeared to have got no guns to fight against other big parties for general polls. However, YS Jagan is expected to get back powerful guns prior to general elections.
