Why Mahesh Preferred ANR's Film Title?

Till some days ago, Prince Mahesh's new movie's title was contemplated as 'Srimanthudu'. However, the makers have finally confirmed the title 'Zameendaar'. Interestingly, both 'Zameendaar' and 'Srimanthudu' are the super hit films of Natasamrat late Akkineni Nageswara Rao. 'Zameendaar' was released in 1965 which featured Krishna Kumari opposite to ANR. 'Srimanthudu' was released in 1971. Jamuna was the female lead of the film. 

Why Mahesh opted for ANR's old movie as the title of new film? According to the observers, Mahesh might feel it a sentiment choosing ANR's movie tittle for the movie's success. Moreover, the genre of the movie may have more or less similar lines of the above movies.
