It is a known news that Thespian late Akkineni Nageswara Rao has been honoured by the US Postal Department posthumously. As we reported earlier, the US Postal Service( USPS) has released a postal stamp on Akkineni Nageswara Rao. And now, one more legendary personality of tollywood has been honoured by the US Postal Department.This postal stamp was jointly released by the North American Telugu Society (NATS) in collaboration with Telugu Literary and Cultural Association (TLCA) in New York. Ghantasala made his debut as a playback singer with 'Swargaseema'(1945) and continued singing songs till he breathed his last on February 11, 1974. Apart from being the number one singer, Ghantasala stood as one of the all time best music directors of tollywood.
