Prince Mahesh Babu's '1-Nenokkadine' appeared to be the biggest disaster of recent times. The movie collected a share of Rs.29 crores at the end of its full run world wide. Apart from this share the movie made Rs.16 crores more in the form of satellite rights, audio rights, other languages remake rights etc. On a whole, the movie made a total business of Rs.45 crores.
However, the makers have invested Rs.70 crores on the project including prints and publicity cost. The total loss of the movie is around Rs.25 crores. Earlier, it was heard that EROS International had acquired the rights of this movie for Rs.72 crores. But, as per the inside sources, it was just a financial tie up between 14 Reels and EROS and so the total loss of the movie has to be born by the makers of '1-Nenokkadine' movie.
