‘Oh My God’ Telugu remake rights were purchased by Daggubati Suresh Babu long ago when the Hindi version was declared a hit by critics. Although Akshay Kumar produced the original did not end up with heavy profits, Suresh Babu liked the subject and thought of easily converting the same into Telugu nativity.
