Vidya Balan, the Bollywood Silk Smitha is getting more crazy offers these days after ‘Ishqiya’ and ‘The Dirty Picture.’ Latest to join her movie list is Rajinikanth’s outspoken venture ‘Rana’ to be directed by KS Ravi Kumar.
This flick will be made in three languages parallel and casting of three heroines for triple action of Rajini has become a hurdle for director. After the finalization of Deepika Padukone for young Rajinikanth, Rekha for old Rajinikanth, it was the lottery between Asin, Anushka, Katrina Kaif for the romancing pair of middle aged Rajini. All of the sudden from no where came in Vidya Balan and walked away with prestigious offer.
As producer, director wanted a girl with distinctively South Indian look, name of this Mallu babe is put forward. Interestingly all three actresses have a South Indian background while a North Indian Sonu Sood plays the villain. Shooting of the film will begin in next month.
