Tollywood turns International legends into bakras

People across the world know legends like Mike Tyson and David Warner. While Mike Tyson with his powerful boxing punches, knocked out many of his opponents and earned the monickers Iron Mike, Kid Dynamite and the Baddest Man in The Planet.

He was the first heavyweight boxer to simultaneously hold the World Boxing Association (WBA), World Boxing Council (WBC), and International Boxing Federation (IBF) titles, as well as the only heavyweight to unify them in succession.

Similarly David Warner is renowned for his exploits in the Cricket field. Warner was the first Australian cricketer in 132 years to be selected for the national team in any format without experience in first-class cricket. Warner was a prominent member of the victorious Australian squad of the 2015 Cricket World Cup, the 2021 T20 World Cup, where he was the Player of the Tournament, the 2021–2023 ICC World Test Championship, and the 2023 ICC Cricket World Cup. Warner also guided SRH an IPL franchise based out of Hyderabad to their first and only IPL title.

Now, Tollywood filmmakers cast Mike Tyson and David Warner in their films. But instead of showcasing them in powerful roles , they cast them in silly and inconsequential roles insulting these legends to the core. While Puri Jagannath cast Mike Tyson in Vijay Devvarakonda's Liger, Venky Kudumula cast David Warner in Nithiin's Robinhood.

Mike Tyson role in Liger instead of paying tribute to the legend turned him into a laughing stock and all the Mike Tyson's fans got extremely disappointed and hurt. Same is the case with David Warner's role in Robinhood. All his fans are disappointed with Warner miss and a blink role. People are saying Tollywood filmmakers are insulting legends and making them a laughing stock.
