Watch Out For Rukmini Vasanth, The Latest Sensation From Sandalwood

Kannada beauties Rashmika Mandanna and Sree Leela are current leading heroines in Tollywood. Sometime back Pooja Hegde and Krithi Shetty who were also from Sandalwood ruled Tollywood with back-to-back films. Now another Kannada Beauty has become talk of the industry and enquiries have been started to cast in some upcoming Telugu films.

Rukmini Vasanth, the leading lady of this week's release, Sapta Sagaralu Dhaati - the Telugu dubbed version of Kannada blockbuster Sapta Saagaradaache Ello has impressed Telugu audience with her performance and looks as well. This Rakshit Shetty starrer has earned cult status in Sandalwood along with praises for Rukmini's impeccable act.

Rukmini Vasanth is daughter of Colonel Vasanth Venugopal who was  posthumously awarded with Ashok Chakra. She was born and brought up in Bengaluru. Rukmini did her acting course on London. She debuted as actress with Birbal which became a superhit. Then, she didn't appeared in any film's until this year where she did Sapta Saagaradaache Ello Side A and Bagheera. 

Those who watched Sapta Sagaralu Dhaati Side A, is raving about her acting especially the pain and innocence she conveyed through her eyes in some closeup shots. She also looks beautiful onscreen which added more prospects to her as an actress. Now, she is on the radar of Tollywood. If everything goes well, we will see her very soon in a direct Telugu film. With a couple of successes, there are fair chances she might become another star in Tollywood who started from Sandalwood.
