I will suppress T-movement if made CM: TGV

Minor Irrigation Minister Tg Venkatesh stated that he would suppress the Telangana statehood movement if he was made the Chief Minister.

Speaking to media persons at the Secretariat media point here on Friday, Venkatesh said that the Telangana agitation could be stopped if handled differently and he could do so if he was made the Chief Minister. He said that the problems being faced by the people in Telangana region could be solved only in united Andhra Pradesh. However, he praised Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy for his efforts to keep the State united.

Venkatesh also announced that he would participate in the Chalo Delhi agitation of APNGOs along with one lakh people demanding that the Centre keep the State united.
