Hyderabad,Nov 16: Preparations are in full swing to get the venue ready for Telangana Rashtra Samiti president K Chandrsekahara Rao to launch his fast unto death agitation.According to the TRS sources,KCR chose Amaraveerula Stupa in Siddipet as the venue for his fast unto death stir.The venue has been spread over 50 acres of land so as to accommodate a good number of pro Telangana activists and TRS supporters who back KCR.With the help of engineers a special podium is being erected here.KCR who is planning to start his fast unto death stir from November 30 is expected to tour most of the Telangana areas to garner support for stir.
As reported earlier KCR already has made it clear to the Chief Minister K Rosaiah and Governor N D Tiwari about his intention to go on fast unto death.KCR making efforts to revive the Telangana issue visited Delhi recently to gain the sympathy of Opposition leader L K Advani.But his efforts to meet Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh proved to be futile with neither of them giving him an appointment.
