Naidu to resume bus yatra from Oct 7

Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu will launch the second phase of "Telugu Jaati Atma Gaurav" bus yatra from October 7.

According to TDP sources, the second phase of bus yatra would be launched from Parchur in Prakasam district and Naidu would tour the district for five days.

The first phase of bus yatra was launched on September 1 at Pondugula of Dachepally mandal of Gurujala constituency in Guntur district. Naidu had extensively toured Guntur and Krishna districts while addressing several meeting in protest against the way Congress-led UPA Government announced the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh. The first phase of yatra concluded on September 12.

The TDP chief originally planned to cover all 13 districts of coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema regions in 35 days through bus yatra.
