CBN to target Telangana. Chandrababu Naidu, TDP leader, has finally addressed the party's absence in the recent Telangana Assembly and Parliament elections, attributing it to "special circumstances." He made these remarks during a recent visit to NTR Bhavan in Telangana, where he met with party leaders and workers.

Naidu emphasized that there was no specific reason behind the TDP's non-participation in the elections, dismissing speculation and rumours. He reassured party members that the TDP is committed to strengthening its presence in Telangana and will soon appoint a state president.

Naidu acknowledged the recent departures of some party leaders, including Kasani Gyaneshwar, who joined the BRS. He stated that while leaders may come and go, the principles of the TDP remain unchanged. He emphasized the party's resilience and its ability to overcome challenges.

The TDP leader expressed his intention to strengthen the party in every district of Telangana, gearing up for upcoming local body elections. He stressed the importance of unity and coordination among party cadres, urging them to work together for the party's growth.

Naidu also addressed the concerns regarding the relationship between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, stating that he is committed to resolving issues through peaceful discussions. He indirectly addressed CM Revanth Reddy, emphasizing that he believes in unity and has no desire for conflict.

Naidu's remarks offer a glimpse into the TDP's strategy for Telangana. While the party's absence in the recent elections was a significant setback, Naidu's focus on strengthening the party, addressing concerns, and fostering unity suggests a renewed commitment to the state. The TDP's future in Telangana will depend on its ability to overcome its recent setbacks and rebuild its base, especially ahead of the upcoming local body elections.
