Swapna, the famous reporter and news reader who rose to fame with TV9 is now a part of Sakshi TV. Still, she is called as TV9 Swapna by the media people. Unfortunately she was conducting a special debate on “KCR and his Brahmastra of fast-unto-death” in the Sakshi channel with guests T. Harish Rao, Telangana Vimichana Samithi (TVS) leader Dilip Kumar and Congress leader Srinivasa Rao.
In mid of the debate, Swapna took her stand against TRS by commenting it as the party which lost it shine and reliability among the people of Telangana. Even she declared the “fast-unto-death” as a stunt by KCR to rejuvenate the party cadre.
T. Harish Rao went so serious about the comments of Swapna and he started to dictate the terms to Swapna. He said, “it is not better on your part to criticize TRS and its reliability as being a mediator who is organizing this debate. If these comments were made by other party leaders would make sense but not by a lady who is conducting the program. So, you better take back your words as Iam giving you the clarification.”
Later Swapna went on to stay most of the time idle in the show, as if she agreed with Harish Rao’s reply and bended totally before him. Swapna might have understood how hot the debate was and sure would have learnt a new lesson taught by T. Harish Rao.
