He showed the transformation of the cop from a rookie to an efficient one in an able way. However the director failed with his lazy manner of story telling. There are many scenes that looked artificial and staged and looked awkward on the screen.He spent most of the time, showing the admiration of the subordinates to the protagonist and all these looked unnecessary and irrelevant. At times, the scenes and the screenplay looked clumsy and convenient insulting the intelligence of the viewers. There are also many illogical scenes and this impacted the final output. The director failed to execute the decent story with the screenplay and direction.The behavior of the protagonist in various scenes looked silly and this impacted the basic investigation and the whole idea. Some of the so called scenes and the scenes looked absurd and even kids would laugh it out loudly.The cinematography of PM. The pre climax and climax elevates the film to new heights. overall Sreekanth Sangisetty managed to engage gen z viewers with couple of twists.The dialogues are good and the Telangana accent appeal to youth. He surprises viewers with the twists and turns that they cannot expect, as many of the scenes look natural and realistic. The interval block, climax and few more scenes and the twists involved in it turns out to be the highlight and writers should be commended for their innovation.However, though the movie runs at a steady pace, the extremely slow narration ends up testing the patience of the viewers. Many of the simple scenes are repeated and dragged unnecessarily. Dialogues are natural and realistic. Sushin Shyam's music is impactful and he elevated the scenes with his background music. He still followed the same hero elevations, three songs, six fights, item song and cheap comedy scenes.With in five minutes into the story, viewers will be treated the same monotonous scenes that test their patience to the core. It increases with the passage of time and reaches its peak in the second half. The interval comes as a break from this torture. The story lacks basic emotions and everything looks artificial.Everyone passes through the motions and the director's cheap taste is revealed when he showed the rape scene in detail even though it was shown initially. There are many such scenes and that include the CM candidate directing her aides to molest her to gain sympathy. Finally viewers heave a sigh of relief when the film comes to an end.Vijay Mukthavarapu's didn't get much scope to showcase his talent. This is because the story offered nothing new and as the scenes assume monotonous flavour, had Vijay applied his editing scissors, there wouldn't have been any film.The cinematography of Karthik Sujatha Saikumar is ok and the background score by Kalyan Nayak followed the predictable template. The measures taken by the RBI and the opposition faced by the governor during the meetings and the pressures from the government and the coalition politics is highlighted in an interesting way with the tight screenplay. The first half ends with the challenges of the governor becoming bigger and the second half shows how the RBI staff and top officials as a team join hands to convince the government against all odds to take strong decisions and maintain secrecy so that the people's trust will not be broken down or shattered. His background music elevated the scenes and the emotions attached to them in a perfect manner taking viewers into the story. However the serious tone and lack of commercial elements may put off the viewers. But it is a very good film for Gen Z and others to know about the happenings in the past and how the people mattered strove hard to save the country going against all odds. The film is expected to get good response when it streams on OTT. Considering all these elements, Cinejosh goes with a 2.75 for Governor.

The story though routine gets creative with the songs.While this increases the curiosity levels, the overdoing of this ends up testing the patience of the viewers. Viewers are left to wonder when this ends.The music for the film is tuned by Devi Sri Prasad. It is difficult to score music with day to day words but he did full justice and lived upto the task. His background music is in sync with the storyline. The Cinematography of Ankur C is good. He showed the village in an apt manner. Ever since Buchi Babu Sana created a sensation with his debut film Uppena, people waited eagerly for his second project and he managed to convince Ram Charan to do Peddi. Peddi OTT rights have been bagged by Netflix and streaming will be after the completion of its theatrical run.To the top of it, despite being a second film director, he managed to convince Oscar winner AR Rahman to score tunes for a Telugu film and the songs already turned out to be chartbusters. Ram Charan's dance moves went viral on social media. Ram Charan transformed his look for this film and it is becoming a talking point.Janhvi Kapoor is adding the glamor touch to the film while Shruti Haasan did a special song. The entire first half is loaded with mass elements, but the runup to the interval and interval bang though predictable, excites all setting the tone for the second half.All the cricket matches though shot impressively lacked the wow factor except for the presence of Ram Charan. There are many actors in the film and they just appear and go in an insignificant manner. The moment Janhvi is introduced, it brings down the intensity and pace of the narration impacting the overall output.The second half also starts in the similar manner but the emotions that appear drives the story forward. In the process of elevating the emotions, the pace dipped drastically. However, in the second half, he showed his mettle during that last 25% with thought provoking dialogues, natural and realistic emotions and strong message to the society. Screenplay turned out tobe decent and Buchi Babu Sana tried to elevate it with the shock factor. A little finetuning of the script and doing away with unnecessary and illogical scenes, Peddi would have got more firepower. Sobhan Chittiprolu apart from readying the story even came up with impressive screenplay along with Chanakya Varma and Gopalakrishna Vidmahela. Sobhan did full justice to all the departments he handled.Pradeep Maddali highlighted how people of Godavari districts take rooster fights as a prestige issue and how few anti social elements take advantage of the gambling. He ensured that the narration doesnot turn into completely serious tone but told in a entertaining manner.The webseries has six episodes and the first episode starts with the introduction of lead actors and the missing of the rooster. The nnarration takes entertaining route with the investigation. All the investigation, scene recreation and others have been written in a funny manner.However, some scenes got repeated and this slowed the pace of the narration, diluting the tempo. Some scenes looked forced and some are not brought to the logical conclusion. One gets a feeling that there could have been few thrillinng scenes while revealing the antagonist. While the first two episodes are hilarious and is narrated at a fast pace, the third episode slows the proceedings.Fourth episode turns the story interesting before the &nbsp;runup to the climax.The music of Saket Komanduri is pleasant ad appealing. He showed good emotions and variations in expressions and made his presence felt. Master Mahendra showed good expressions highlighting the innocence. Shraddha Das came up with a subtle performance. He came up with an interesting concept but while trying to narrate it on the screen, he ended up confusing the viewers. More than the story he concentrated on VFX and at times used AI to generate the required VFX. The backstory and Trikala generates interest at the start but right after that he ends up confusing with non linear screenplay.The first half has been dragged to the core and the slow pace impacted the output. Though some clarity comes in the second half, it turns out to be routine with psychpath kind of elevations and monotonous scenes. The film lacked the natural feel and everything looks artificial in the end.Pavan Chenna's cinematography is ok. Harshavardhan Rameshwar's music also fall in the same zone. Song on mother is ok. Director Mani Tellaguti himself handled the editing and it turned out to be a huge let down. He should have done away with many unnecessary scenes.
