Atlee shelves three projects for Allu Arjun.  Allu Arjun attained nation wide fan following and craze following the sensation of his films Pushpa The Rise and Pushpa The Rule. Movie lovers are waiting for Pushpa The Rampage, the third of the Pushpa franchise.

However, the third part will take quite sometime as Allu Arjun decided to come out of Pushpa Raj mode and lineup two crazy and interesting projects with star directors Atlee and Trivikram Srinivas. All eyes are on his project with Atlee. Allu Arjun got impressed with Atlee so much that he decided to take it forward setting aside his project with Trivikram Srinivas.

Exciting reports are coming that Allu Arjun will be seen in dual role in the film. Now reports are coming that Atlee for Allu Arjun project shelved not one or two but three projects. Atlee decided to keep all his projects on hold and concentrate on Allu Arjun project which is a period entertainer.

The film will go to sets this year and plans are on to release it in 2027. Atlee was supposed to start his project with Vijay Sethupathi in January and Murad Khetani was supposed to bankroll it. But with Baby John debacle the project was shelved. Atlee was supposed to direct Shahid Kapoor and this came to light in 2024. But with the disaster of Deva, the project did not take off.

Atlee planned a project with Veera Paharia and he planned to bankroll it along with his wife on A for Apple banner but the project did not materialise.
