Kesari 2 teaser review

Kesari 2 teaser released. Akshay Kumar is getting ready to captivate all with his upcoming film Kesari 2. The film is racing for release on 18 April 2025. Ahead of the release, the makers today released the film's teaser.

Karan Singh Tyagi directed the film which highlights the events that unfolded in the aftermath of the Jallianwala Bagh massacre,  in April 1919. The second teaser is of 1 min 39 second starts surprisingly with no visuals and , logo and title but instead highlighted the chaos during the Jallianwala Bagh massacre.

The clips read "Please stop, for God's sake," "Shoot them," and "The gates are locked." and with the message  "These visuals are too horrific to display."

Akshay Kumar played the role of Sir C Sankaran Nair,  who with his fearless attitude and as a lawyer decides to take on the powerful British empire. The voice over declares  "Don’t forget that you’re still a slave to the British Empire."

Kesari is inspired by the book  'The Case That Shook The Empire' by Pushpa Palat and Raghu Palat and it stars R. Madhavan and Ananya Panday in important roles. The film is bankrolled on Dharma Productions, Cape of Good Films, and Leo Media Collective.
