Ramayan progressing at a brisk pace.Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayan is capturing the imagination of all across the country. The film according to sources is progressing at a brisk pace.

It is coming out that the makers completed a key schedule in Mumbai. Important scenes featuring Ranbir Kapoor and Yash were shot in this schedule.

The next schedule will start in Mumbai itself and in this schedule the makers will shoot war sequences on Yash and other main cast. While Ranbir Kapoor and Yash are playing the roles of Lord Ram, Ravan, Sai Pallavi is playing the role of Goddess Sita. The film also stars Sunny Deol,Rakul Preet Singh and Lara Dutta in important roles.

Plans are on to release the film in two parts with the first part slated for 2026 Diwali and second part for 2027 Diwali. Namit Malhotra of Prime Focus Studios is producing the film.
