Ram Charan Completed Wrist Surgery In Coimbatore

Global Star Ram Charan has undergone a planned follow up procedure at Ganga Hospital in Coimbatore after his wrist injury. His cast and wrist rods have now been successfully removed. The procedure was performed by Dr. Praveen under the supervision of Dr. Rajasekaran and Dr. Sabhapathi as part of his recovery.

The actor’s wrist injury was aggravated during the shooting of Peddi, following which he underwent surgery in Coimbatore earlier this year. Doctors had initially recommended rest followed by structured rehabilitation and physiotherapy. Ram Charan is now progressing through the next stage of recovery under medical supervision.

Following the latest procedure, Ram Charan is expected to undergo around 8–10 weeks of intensive physiotherapy and rehabilitation. His return to film sets will depend on his recovery and medical clearance, with the actor currently expected to resume shooting after mid November, allowing adequate time for wrist rehabilitation.

Ram Charan’s injury occurred during Peddi, directed by Buchi Babu Sana. The sports action drama also features Janhvi Kapoor, Jagapathi Babu and other prominent actors. The actor’s next major project is his collaboration with director Sukumar, tentatively known as RC17, with work expected after his recovery.
