Chiranjeevi rushes to the police station after Allu Arjun arrest. Movie lovers got a huge shock when police picked up Allu Arjun from his house and arrested and took him to the Chikkadapally Police Station with regards to the death of a housewife during the Pushpa The Rule premier at Sandhya Theatre, Hyderabad.

Chiranjeevi Cancels Vishwambhara Shoot

Mega Star Chiranjeevi, uncle of Allu Arjun, following the arrest, cancelled the shoot of his upcoming socio fantasy entertainer Vishwambhara which is in fullswing in the direction of Mallidi Vasishta.

Chiranjeevi rushes Police Station

Chiranjeevi after hearing the arrest of Allu Arjun,cancelled the shoot of Vishwambhara and rushed to the Chikkadapally Police Station However police requested Chiranjeevi not to come to the police station. Following this Chiranjeevi along with his wife Surekha went to Allu Arjun's house.

Celebrities Rush to Police Station

Allu Arjun's shocking arrest left all stunned and Industry celebrities are heading to the police station. Allu Arjun's father Allu Aravind, brother Allu Sirish, producer Dil Raju reached the police station. Few more celebrities are on their way to the police station.

Allu Arjun approaches High Court

Following his arrest,Allu Arjun approached High Court and filed a special lunch motion petition. It is known that Allu Arjun already approached High Court seeking quashing of the cases slapped on him by the police. The case will be coming to hearing at 2.30 M today afternoon. All eyes are on the High Court's decision.

HC Comes with its Verdict

The High Court couple of minutes back which head the Allu Arjun's lunch motion petition, shocked Allu Arjun by adjourning the case. The court will hear the matter at 4PM after getting all the details from the cops as the Public Prosecutor said that he will provide full details only at that time.

What Happened

The death of a housewife during the premiere at Sandhya theatre, is tightening like a noose around him. Hyderabad police registered cases against Sandhya theatre management and also Allu Arjun and Mythri Movie Makers, and also arrested few of them.

What Revathi's Husband  alleged in his complaint

Revathi's husband Bhaskar in his complaint to the cops accused Sandhya Theatre management of not taking enough steps to manage the crowd for the premiers. He said the theatre  management didnot take steps which resulted in them getting crushed in the crowd as they didnot get an opportunity to sit in their seats for which they purchased tickets.

He also alleged that Allu Ajun who came to the theatre was responsible for the stampede and demanded action against Allu Arjun and his team, Sandhya Theatre management and the staff for pushing them down without allowing them to sit in their seats. Following this cops filed case against Allu Arjun and others under sections BNS 105 and 118.

Allu Arjun and Mythri Movie Makers promises Help

Allu Arjun and Mythri promised to take care of the bereaved family members. With cops summoning notices, Allu Arjun filed a case in the High Court.

In the midst of all this, police today arrested Allu Arjun after he returned from Delhi following the Pushpa The Rule thanks giving meet. Police arrested and took him to the Chikkadapally Police Station. Inside talk is police will record his statement today at the police station. The question is whether police will seek his remand.

Sections Slapped

It is coming out that police booked cases  under the sections 105, 118 (1), which can be read with 3/5 BNS sections. The case under 105 section is non available and under 118 (1), if proven guilty, Allu Arjun can be sentenced to jail for one to ten years.

Timing of The Arrest

In the meantime, the timing of police arresting Allu Arjun is also coming under radar as today of Friday and whether he will get a bail today or will have to spend two days in jail till Monday.
