Ever since the craze for Pan India entertainers increased, Tollywood filmmakers started focusing on the First Day collections. The makers are coming out with strategies to recover their collections as soon as possible at a faster rate in the first few days.
In order to do so, they are planning to release their films in highest number of theatres. Their strategies are emerging successful and star heroes films are grossing Rs 100crs easily on the first day itself. The makers are also promoting the film in other languages and other cities and also releasing the films in various languages.
This is making movie lovers to watch the film on the first day itself. To the top of it with the Two Telugu states Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and the respective governments are kind enough and generous to permit benefit shows,extra shows, premiers and increase in ticket rates, the collections are increasing.
RRR got the highest first day gross at Rs 223crs while Baahubali 2 got Rs 217 crs. Kalki 2898 Ad got Rs 190crs and Devara got Rs 150crs. Now the makers of Pushpa The Rule are gunning for RRR collections and with increased ticket rates,trade analysts are of the opinion that either of RRR or Baahubali records will be broken. They are of the opinion that one neednot be surprised if the collections of Pushpa The Rule cross Rs 300crs.
